THIS PLAN SET ALLOWS YOU
TO MAKE A AMMO FEED CHUTE FOR AN AIRSOFT MACHINE GUN. 
There are three different sizes to
correspond to different caliber class
weapons.
From 5.56mm to 12.7mm,
you will find a size here that looks right on your airsoft
gun. The internal springs become tubes to fee ammo and wiring
to the automatic electric machine gun.

DOWNLOADING THIS INFORMATION QUICK AND
EASILY:
A. FILE OUTPUT SETUP:
Once you are viewing the pattern page in
ACDSee, go to file -print...Print setup...
Set all "margins (inches)" to zero. Set
"size" to "default".
Under
"Rendering", set "resolution (dpi)" to 300. Click "Save
settings" THIS IS IMPORTANT.
Click
Ok.
B.
PRINTER SETUP:
Go to file -
Print...
Make sure your printer is the
one selected.
C: PRINTING:
Click print. The ACDSee print window will
re-appear. all your previous setting up should remain, and you
will see the pattern previewed in the window.
Click OK.
NOTES:
YOU
MAY HAVE TO CHANGE PORTRAIT/LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION TO FIT.
The ACTUAL PRINT SIZE is not important,
prints can be slightly off in dimension, as long as ALL prints
are done with the same setup. Parts made will all fit right
up, as any error will be relative to all parts
made.
No layout, no
measuring:
THESE ARE
FULL-RESOLUTION, ACTUAL-SIZED PATTERNS YOU CAN PRINT OUT AND
USE AS STENCILS FOR MAKING PRECISELY-FITTING COMPONENTS. ALL
THE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING IS ALREADY DONE FOR YOU. ALL YOU DO
IS "TRACE" THE OUTLINES, AND YOU GET PARTS THAT
WORK!
Allows you to trace
parts onto your favorite 1/4 inch (6mm) build material. 24" x
48" is more than enough, for any model listed.
NO CAD
needed.
That's right- these
are the finished, final revision prints, ACTUAL SIZED, of the
parts that have made all of these patterns a success for over
four years running.
No Printing
Hassle
Pattern files are
standard jpg format, and easily print from any
computer/printer (see below for a video
demonstration).
Simple Shapes,
Simple cutting:
The Brownings are
basically decorated boxes, the miniguns: decorated tubes.
Parts were all configured for EASY cutting using normal HAND
tools: coping saw, bar clamps, hand drill. If you have a small
scroll saw and an electric drill, you can make any one of the
assemblies in a few short evenings.
Assembly is
EASY
Parts are assembled
using Oatey black ABS cement, sold in the plumbing aisle of
your local hardware store.
ABS bonds set up in
amatter of minutes- you can assemble your whole gun conversion
in ONE evening, easily! Common hardware (this is left to the
builder) in assembly allows customization- go brass,
stainless, ?
